Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CATERING EQUIPMENT AND PORTABLE KITCHEN RENTAL (B2B) These General Terms and Conditions ('GTC') apply to all B2B rental agreements between K Catering ('the Lessor') and corporate clients ('the Lessee') regarding catering equipment and portable kitchens. By signing a quote or accepting delivery, the Lessee agrees to be bound by these terms. 1. Rental Rates & Payment: All prices are in SEK and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full prior to delivery or as per the credit terms agreed in writing. Late payments will incur statutory interest. 2. Delivery & Installation: Delivery is made to the curb or a specified accessible point. Full installation of portable kitchens requires specific utility connections (power/water) to be provided by the Lessee. The Lessor is not liable for delays caused by inadequate site preparation. 3. Lessee's Duties: The Lessee shall use the equipment only for its intended purpose and in accordance with safety regulations. Subleasing is prohibited. The Lessee must ensure 24/7 security for portable kitchens on-site. 4. Liability & Insurance: The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage from delivery until collection. B2B Lessees are required to maintain public liability and equipment insurance covering the full replacement value of the rented units. 5. Technical Failure: In the event of equipment malfunction, the Lessor will attempt repair or replacement within a reasonable timeframe. The Lessor's total liability is limited to the rental value for the period of outage. 6. Cancellation: To avoid a full charge, a minimum of 72 hours notice is strictly required for any booking cancellation. 7. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm.
